At Lux Hydro Art, each order is prepared with care. Whether you’re purchasing a ready-made piece or requesting something created especially for you, we want your artwork to arrive safely and beautifully.

Ready-to-Ship Products

In-stock, ready-made products typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order artwork typically ships within 7–10 business days after your order details have been confirmed.

Because every piece is individually created, some orders may require additional preparation or finishing time. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions will be applied to eligible products.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping. Fragile ceramic pieces receive additional attention to ensure they’re as secure as possible.
