At Lux Hydro Art, every hand-marbled piece is individually created, making each one truly unique. Variations in colors, patterns, and finishes are part of the beauty and character of handmade art. We take pride in our work and want you to love your purchase!

Ready-Made Artwork & Products

We accept returns of eligible ready-made products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that colors may appear different in person due to individual screen settings. Natural variations in handmade artwork enhance the personality of the piece are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged Orders

Every Lux Hydro Art piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Because each hand-marbled piece is individually created, variations in color, pattern, and finish are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Workshops & Art Experiences

Each workshop requires advance preparation, materials, and reserved studio time.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, as well as no-shows, are nonrefundable.

If Lux Hydro Art must cancel a workshop, you’ll be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Digital Products

Digital guides and downloadable products are nonrefundable for a change of mind once access has been provided, except where required by law.
